We will do our best to ensure that if we make an error, we will do our utmost to put things right.

Prices
The goods are sold at the price on our website at the date that we receive the order from you. Prices are subject to alteration at any time without notice.

Carriage Charges
We charge carriage at cost. We choose the cheapest method this means that we will select the most cost efficient method of delivery which may be a next day carrier. Should you wish to elect a different method of carriage, please contact us.

Payment
We accept all card types except American Express. Paypal is also accepted. Payment is taken at time of order being placed.
All card data is processed through Paypal Secure Websites Pro and is not processed in house.

Privacy Policy

All card data is processed through Paypal Secure Wesbites Pro and as such we do not store any financial data.
 

Tax
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT. This is levied on all goods shipped within the European Community.  

Returns / Refund Policy
Should you wish to return the item for any reason, please contact us to discuss the problem / arrange return within 7days of placing the order. A full refund or replacement will be offered.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact the online team at online@jeckells.net or 01502565007 should you wish to cancel. Charges may be incurred if carriage has already been arranged, however we will do all we can to avoid this.

Guarantee
If there is a fault with the goods we shall undertake to repair or replace the item at our discretion. The basis for the guarantee will be that as supplied by the manufacturer. The repaired / replaced item if found to be faulty will be shipped back to you free of charge. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected. Any contract will be governed by English law.

Errors, Images and Descriptions:
Jeckells & Son Ltd are not responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right not to process orders based on such errors. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change without notice. We reserve the right not to process orders for any other reasonable reason as otherwise determined by ourselves.

Stock levels and Despatch
Orders received will be despatched the following day if by courier, and same day for general postage provided we have your items in stock. Items ordered after 2pm Friday and over a weekend will be despatched Monday. Items despatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Stock levels are indicative only due to rapidly changing levels of stock.

Limitation on Liability
In no event will Jeckells & Son Ltd be liable to any part for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages for any use of this site, or on any other hyperlinked web site, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if Jeckells & Son Ltd and its web site is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
